TRADE AND BUSINESS LICENSING BOARD APPOINTMENTS

GAZETTE NOTICE

THE TRADE AND BUSINESS LICENSING ACT (2021 REVISION)

In accordance with section 9 of the Trade and Business Licensing Act (2021 Revision), Cabinet accepted the

resignation of the following person from the Trade and Business Licensing Board with effect from 31 October

2024:

Name Position

Joel Burke - Deputy Chair

In addition, pursuant to section 9 of the Trade and Business Licensing Act (2021 Revision), Cabinet made the

following appointments to the Trade and Business Licensing Board, for a term of thirteen (13) months, with

effect from 17 December 2024 until 30 January 2026:

*Michelle Coleman - Deputy Chair; and

David Allen Bodden - Member

Further, pursuant to section 9 of the Trade and Business Licensing Act (2021 Revision), Cabinet made the

following re-appointment to the Trade and Business Licensing Board, for a term of thirteen (13) months, with

effect from 1 January 2025 until 30 January 2026:

Trisha Johnson - Member

*Ms. Coleman's appointment as an existing member of the Board was revoked by Cabinet to enable her

appointment to the vacant role of Deputy Chairperson.
