Enforcement and Compliance is a critical part of the functions provided under The Department of Commerce & Investment.
Trade Officers and Compliance Staff continuously monitor, review and enforce the laws for which the DCI is responsible to ensure that businesses licensed under related laws are in compliance with proper operational activities and regulatory directives.
The department also works closely with other Government Agencies, Authorities and Enforcement divisions in a range of investigative, research and infringement matters, including complaints related to non-compliance, violation or illegal business activities.
